We also have exclusive relationships with most of the Real Estate Agencies that operate in Bendigo which provide access to many exclusive Residential Rental opportunities before they become public.

1. Get pre-qualified for the Full Service Package 2. Complete the extensive questionnaire so that we can identify how to help you. 3. Contract and Privacy Disclosure 4. We match you with potentially suitable properties based off of the information that you provide 5. Book and attend inspections 6. Complete and submit the Rental Applications 7. Liaise and follow up with Rental Providers and Property Managers 8. Once approved, we'll help you negotiate your move in date

We need to confirm your affordability, address history, references and your requirements. Based off of this information, and what you provide in the Questionnaire, we can determine if you qualify for our Full Service.

For our Full Service Package, our fee is equivalent to 1 week of rent + GST or $450.00, whichever is higher.
