We also have exclusive relationships with many of the Real Estate Agencies that operate in Bendigo which provide access to many exclusive Residential Rental opportunities before they become public. We are flexible and adaptable to you and your circumstances throughout our relationship and have a genuine interest in assisting you.

Sign the Contract and send the deposit 5. Gather and send all information requested to assist you 6. We will work with you to match potentially suitable properties based off of the information and criteria that you provide 7. We will Book and attend inspections 8. We will complete and submit the Rental Applications for you 9. We Liaise and follow up with Rental Providers and Property Managers 10. Once approved, we'll help you negotiate your move in date.

This information, and what you provide in the Questionnaire, is the basis of how we can determine if you qualify for our Full Service.

For our Full Service Package, our fee is equivalent to 1 week of rent +GST or $600.00 whichever is higher. All other prices are listed on the website.
