We also have exclusive relationships with many of the Real Estate Agencies that operate in Bendigo which provide access to many exclusive Residential Rental opportunities before they become public.

We are flexible and adaptable to you and your circumstances throughout our relationship and have a genuine interest in assisting you.

It's possible that you're frustrated by repeatedly missing out on your desired rental, stressed about finding a home in time, or experiencing a combination of these challenges. Rest assured, I'm here to assist you with all of these concerns.

What is the process for the Full Service Package?

1.   Complete our questionnaire so that we can assess your needs and circumstances
2.   Sign a Privacy Disclosure
3.   Send through any requested information we need to qualify you
4.   Sign the Contract and send the deposit
5.   Gather and send all information requested to assist you

6.   We will work with you to match potentially suitable properties based off of the information and criteria that you provide
7.   We will Book and attend inspections
8.   We will complete and submit the Rental Applications for you
9.   We Liaise and follow up with Rental Providers and Property Managers
10. Once approved, we'll help you negotiate your move in date.

How do I qualify for the Full Service Package?

3. We will request information to assess whether you qualify for the service

We need to confirm your affordability, address history, references and your requirements. This information, and what you provide in the Questionnaire, is the basis of how we can determine if you qualify for our Full Service.

How much do you charge?

For our Full Service Package, our fee is equivalent to 1 week of rent +GST or $600.00 whichever is higher.

All other prices are listed on the website.
